Responsibilities:
- Working exclusively with motivated buyer clients
- Showing properties, writing offers, and negotiating deals
- Providing exceptional client experiences
- Using your license to close more deals with less hassle
- Following up with warm leads provided to you
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate buyers on real estate procedures
- Maintain your Real Estate License
